What is SeniorCareDesigner? SeniorCareDesigner is a template marketplace built exclusively for senior living marketing. Every flyer, brochure, postcard, and social graphic in our library is designed specifically for assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities — not adapted from a generic template pack.
Do I need a design background to use these templates? No. Every template is fully editable in Canva, a free, beginner-friendly design tool. You can swap text, photos, and colors without any design experience.
Do I need a paid Canva account? No. Our templates work with a free Canva account. Some optional Canva Pro features (like certain fonts or premium stock photos) may enhance a design, but they are not required to use or edit your purchased template.
What formats do templates come in? Most templates are available in standard print sizes (US Letter, A4) and matching digital sizes for social media and email. Specific sizes are listed on each product page under “Specifications.”
Can I preview a template before buying? Yes. Every product page includes a full preview of the design, an in-context mockup showing how it looks in real use, and a close-up detail shot of the typography and icon work.
Purchasing, Pricing & Licensing
What’s the difference between Affordable and Premium? Affordable templates ($29+) are clean, single-concept designs — great for routine announcements and everyday communications. Premium templates ($69+) are campaign-grade: matching multi-piece design systems, custom iconography, and multiple color variants, built for signature events like open houses.
Can I use one template for more than one facility? A standard purchase includes a license for one facility location. If you manage multiple communities, you’ll need a Multi-Location License or one license per location — see our [License Terms] or contact us for group pricing.
Do you offer refunds? Because templates are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once downloaded or accessed. We do offer refunds or replacements for defective files, duplicate charges, or items significantly different from their description. Full details are in our [Refund Policy].
Can I resell or share a template with another company? No. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed to other facilities, agencies, or individuals outside your licensed use. See our [License Terms] for full details.
I’m a marketing agency working with a senior living client — can I use these? Yes. You can purchase and customize templates on behalf of a client’s single facility under a Standard License. If you plan to reuse the same template across multiple different clients, each client’s facility needs its own license.
Do bundles save money compared to buying pieces separately? Yes. Bundles combine matching Premium pieces (e.g., a flyer, postcard, and social set) at a lower combined price than purchasing each individually — savings are shown on each bundle listing.
Using Your Templates
How do I access my template after purchase? After checkout, you’ll receive a Canva template link by email and in your account dashboard. Clicking the link opens an editable copy in your own Canva account.
Can I change the colors or fonts? Yes. All text, color, and (where applicable) font elements are editable. Premium templates typically include 2–3 pre-built color variants to choose from as a starting point.
Can I add my own photos? Yes. Templates include swappable photo placeholders — just click and replace with your own facility’s images in Canva.
What if my download link doesn’t work? Contact us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number, and we’ll resend access or troubleshoot the issue. This is covered under our [Refund Policy] as a delivery/technical error.
Can I resize a template for a different use than what’s listed? In most cases, yes — Canva makes it easy to resize a design for a new format. If you need a size not included with your purchase and aren’t sure how to adjust it, reach out and we’re happy to help.
